Return and Refund Policy
In the event of a discrepancy between the product received and the product ordered, or in the case of damage noted by the customer on the day of receipt of the package due to transport conditions, the seller will arrange for the exchange or refund of the product. The customer must inform the seller by email, specifying whether they wish to exchange the product or request a refund by completing the claim form available on the website.
Provided that the delivered product is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition to the address communicated by the seller via email, the exchange or refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the product. The product will be exchanged for a strictly identical product from stock or, if the product is no longer available, replaced by a comparable product. If the customer wishes, the returned product, as well as the shipping costs, will be refunded by the seller as soon as possible if the seller's responsibility is established.
